Please contact us at post@jmtheartists.com as soon as reasonably possible. include your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and its packaging, and keep the original packaging while we review the issue.We´ll with you to find an appropriate solution.

Will i have to pay customs or import fees?

Orders delivered outside Norway may be subject to local VaT, import duties, customs charges or handling fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take to recieve my order?

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 6-11 business days.Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the shipping service used. Purchasing an orginal artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copywrite remains with the artist. Artwork may not be reproduced, commercially used, distrubuted or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.

Yes. Works listed as orginal artworks are one-of-akind pieces created by the artist. Any prints, editions or reproductions will be clearly identified as such in the product description.
