Thank you for shopping with JMTHEARTIST. Below you will find important information regarding shipping, processing times, delivery estimated, and international orders.

PROCESSING TIMES 
All orders are processed within 6-11 days after payment is received. 

Please note: 
-    Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, or high-demand periods. 
-    Custom or commissioned artwork may require additional production time.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS 
We currently ship: 
-    Within Norway 
-    Internationally to selected countries 
If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES 
Estimated shipping times. 
Norway:
-    Standard shipping: 2-7 days
International orders: 
-    Europe: 9- 14 days
-    Outside Europe: 12-18 days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:
-    Customs processing 
-    Postal delays 
-    Weather conditions 
-    Carrier disruptions

SHIPPING COSTS  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
-    Destination 
-    Package size
-    Weight 
-    Shipping method selected 

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or VAT charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING INFORMATION 
Tracking details will be provided via email where available 
Please aloe up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES 
International customers are responsible for: 
-    Import duties 
-    Customs fees 
-    VAT or local taxes
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by JMTHEARTIST. Please contact your local customs authority before ordering.

KUNSTAVGIFT(NORWAY)
In accordance with Norwegian regulations, a mandatory 5% kunstavgift may apply to original artworks sold for more than NOK 2,000.
Where applicable, this fee will either: 
-    Be included in the listed price, or 
-    Added at checkout before payment

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION 
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address: 
-    The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
-    Refunds may exclude original shipping charges.

14- DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You generally have a 14 day right of withdrawal when purchasing eligible products online. The withdrawal period normally begins in the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the product.

You must notify JMTHEARTISTS within the applicable withdrawal period by contacting post@jmtheartists.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may also use the statutory withdrawal form provided in connection with your purchases.

You then have 14-days form notifying us of your withdrawal to return the product.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products should be securely packaged and returned in appropriate protective packaging.

You may inspect the product in the same way you reasonably could in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in the product´s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.   

Unless otherwise required by law or the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

 

Because artwork can be fragile and valuable, we strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured shipping service when returning original artwork.

 

REFUNDS

When the statutory right of withdrawal applies, eligible payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that the product has been sent back, where permitted by law.

 

COMMISSIONED & PERSONALIZED ARTWORK

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to artwork or products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized, including certain commissioned artworks.  

Where an order is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, this will be communicated before the purchase is completed.

Any separate terms agreed for commissioned artwork will also apply.

 

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, LOST OR DEFFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or the product does not correspond with what was agreed, please contact us at post@jmtheartist.com as soon as possible.

 

Please provide,where relevant:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the shipping packaging

We are not responsible for:

 -    Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

-    Delays caused by shipping carries 

-    Incorrect addresses entered by customers 

 

Please retain the original packaging while the matter is being reviewed, particularly where shipping damage has occurred.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable solutions Norwgian consumer law.

Your statutory rights relating to a faulty or non- confirming products are separate from your 14- day right of withdrawal.
